Family Readiness Workbook
During Jan 2015 Ward Members were encouraged to complete a Stake wide Emergency Preparedness Survey to help guide preparedness efforts. The area that scored lowest on the survey was the number of families having a written Emergency Preparedness Plan that included the following: emergency contact list, alternate meeting place, escape routes, important phone numbers, insurance information, financial information, medical information for each family member, bank information, critical legal documents, property inventory etc. In an effort to assist families to organize such vital information the Ward Emergency Specialist has assembled a Family Readiness Workbook. It will make it easier to compile critical information and have it readily available in the event of any type of disaster or family crisis. Feel free to download and print this booklet.Taking the time to fill it in now will prove to be a valuable asset in the future.
